Flexible Transfer Policy
Before your balance due date, you can transfer your booking as many times as you like*, to a wider range of voyages, free of charge.
*Does not apply to non-refundable deposits.

Future Cruise Credit
If you are unable to cruise due to a positive Covid-19 test within 14 days of sailing, we’re pleased to say you’ll receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) to the value of the cruise fare and we will automatically refund any pre-cruise purchases made through My Cunard.

Final Payment Extension
We have therefore taken the decision to relax our balance due payments terms on all vacations booked on a retail fare, departing up to and including June 30, 2021, to 30 days prior to departure, meaning clients now have a little more time before they pay their final balance.
